Located north-west of Montpellier, in order to reveal all its richness, we use the Languedoc grape varieties such as Grenache, Syrah, Carignan in order to express all the personality of each type of soil (clay-limestone, pebbles, etc.). In the North of Montpellier, forests and causses predominate, to the foot of Larzac and Cévennes. This terroir is crossed by the upper valley of the Hérault, with beautiful landscapes. The vines coexist with olive trees. They are often located in height, which gives the wines a lot of freshness. Our red wines are fruity, with a soft structure and smooth tannins. Our whites and rosés offer good balance, freshness and fruit.

Located between Montpellier and Béziers and north of Sète, the Vicomté d´Aumelas vineyard stretches over a region of hills leaning against the northern flank of the Aumelas plateau, along the left bank of the Hérault. The valley, also called “Golden Valley” referring to its production of white grapes. The wines are greatly influenced by the specific environment of the Hérault valley, where the river plays an essential role as a thermal regulator.
